Field lights to meet Georgia High School Standard. No submitted proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. Worth County Schools, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality and to award the Proposal as may be in the best interest of the Owner, or re-advertise for bids. The Contractor shall warrant all materials and labor for one year after the date of final acceptance by the Owner and the Engineer.
