The Project includes the following Work: Remove two (2) existing CMP culverts and installing a 16-foot span by 5-foot rise concrete box culvert with wingwalls and headwalls at the Huron Creek crossing. Work includes installing water main, sanitary sewer main, sanitary manhole structures, riprap, slope restoration, and HMA paving. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern time and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award and Bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the bid deadline. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
