NORTH COLLINS ROAD IRRIGATION PROJECT (REVISED APRIL 2022) BID NO. 2022-02 The Town of Sunnyvale is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide landscape materials and install a new irrigation system along median areas on North Collins Road between the U.S. Highway 80 Frontage Road and Tripp Road in Sunnyvale, Texas near 127 N. Collins Road, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182.Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked North Collins Road Irrigation Project Bid (REVISED APRIL 2022) Do Not Open. Include the date and time of the bid opening on the front of the envelope. Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. No late bids will be considered. Questions regarding this project will be accepted until 2 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 22, 2022, and should be directed to John Douthit, Parks Director at john.douthit@townofsunnyvale.org. This project consists of the design and build of approximately 52,000 square feet of irrigation in 20 medians along North Collins Road, installation of sod, as needed, along with other minor work and all incidentals. The design and installation should include all cross-connection controls, including installation of meter services.
