Scope of Services: Seminole County (COUNTY) is actively seeking Landscape Architect (LA) consultants to assist the COUNTY on a continuing basis to provide parks design, street-scape design, planning, architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering and general landscape architectural services for various County projects. The LA consultants shall provide high quality landscape architectural design services for COUNTY projects in a timely, cost-effective manner. Specific activities and services are included within the Scope of Services. Required Qualifications: The LA consultant's work shall be performed by a registered landscape architect and licensed professionals that are experienced and proficient in the design of public landscapes -such as parks and streetscapes - in accordance with the standards and specifications of Seminole County. It is preferred that the LA consultant be FDOT qualified, however, it is not required. The Consultant must have experience in providing the required services listed above. The Consultant must understand the use of 'Florida Friendly' plant materials in the design and construction of public spaces. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the PS documents including the attached Draft Agreement, shall be requested in writing, and received by PCD Contact Person no later than ten (10) days prior to the due date.
