Renovation of a multi-residential development in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Electrical Contractors on behalf of Inspirica Inc., located at 141 Franklin Street Stamford, CT 06901, for Installation of 50KW Emergency Generator at 72 Franklin Street Housing Facility Location. Contractors must have related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with website and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. Instructions and zoom meeting information for all contractors that submitted bids will be emailed to given email address the day before the bid open date/time. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford & Inspirica Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
