The City of Mountain View, Arkansas is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified civil engineering firms to provide services associated with various municipal infrastructure projects proposed to be funded by state, federal, and/or local agencies. Firms shall be specifically eligible to provide services associated with projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act or any other federal grant program associated with COVID-19 relief. The firm or firms to be selected must have experience in, but not limited to, water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, streets, drainage, and parks and recreation type projects. Procedures for selection of the firm(s) will be in accordance with state and federal requirements and be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence, past performance, and capacity to perform the work. The selected firm(s) should be available to assist in planning, preparation of budgets, and attend meetings as necessary for various infrastructure projects. The top scoring firm(s) will be kept on file for a period of five years; however, the City of Mountain View makes no claim to equitably distribute work arising from this request between firms and will make selections for professional services associated with this request on a per project basis dependent on the selected firm(s) qualifications to perform the specific project.
