The City of Batesville, by and through the Batesville Regional Airport Commission, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience for Airport Engineering Services for various projects including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: -Develop Taxiway Bravo Extension to Runway 18 -Rehabilitate Runway 08/26 -Rehabilitate Taxiway Alpha -Refresh Aviation Fuel Self-Serve -Hangar Development -Runway Alignment Indicator Lights -Draft Land Acquisition & Avigation Easements -Aircraft Parking Apron -Perimeter Road -Other Projects That May Arise Services to be provided and selection processes will be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14E. Services required include all phases and necessary incidental services for the above cited projects as well as others which may arise to be funded by an FAA or an Arkansas Department of Aeronautics grant within the next five years. Selection criteria contained in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Chapter 2, will be applied in the following order of importance. 1.Recent experience in airport projects 2.Capability to perform all aspects of project 3.Reputation 4.Ability to meet schedules within budget 5.Quality of previous airport projects undertaken 6.Proximity to and familiarity with Batesville Regional Airport 7.Interest shown Selection will be based on the submittals received. Fees will be negotiated with the selected consultant for the services to be performed under the initial grant. Subsequent fees will be negotiated as grants are obtained. Contracts will be subject to the provisions of the Executive Order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity) and to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 23 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
