IFB 2022-04 Chain Link Fence Torrance County is seeking sealed competitive bids for a six (6) foot chain link fence to be erected at the Torrance County Emergency Manager's office located at 903A State Highway 41, Estancia, NM 87016. Torrance County reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is not in the best interest of the County or waive any informality in the bid process. The Invitation for Bids process will be conducted according to the New Mexico Procurement Code (Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, NMSA 1978) which imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violations. In addition, the New Mexico Criminal Statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kick-backs. Scope of Work: ® 1,077 feet of 6' high 9 gauge chain link fence. ® 515 feet of 6' high tan slat master fence installed on South (C-D 330') and East (D-E 185') panels. ® Three (3) rows of barbed wire on top. ® Bracing 2 3/8" terminals, 1 5/8" rail, 1 7/8" line posts. * Four (4) Gate posts to withstand a 26' long automatic track gate and hardware a. South (C-D 330’) and East (D-E 185’) panels will require 8’ foot vertical pole spacing, all other panels will require 10’ pole vertical spacing. Three (3) rows of barbed wire on top. a. 45 degree barbed wired facing outward
