Project Description: Rehabilitate existing Reinforced Concrete Pipe interceptor SAS consisting of 1,010ft of 42" , 1,380ft of 48" , 1,845ft of 54" , and 3,240ft of 72" including manhole rehabilitation and the construction of additional manholes. Most of the 72" interceptor is greater than 30ft deep to invert. The project also includes the rehabilitation of several manholes on previously rehabilitated pipe. Bypass pass pumping is not allowed. Construction time restrictions are applicable to certain tasks due to temporary traffic control impacts to the Base. Most of the project is located on the Kirtland Air Force Base requiring personnel to be able to obtain a Base Pass. Special requirements for this project include additional Health and Safety Officer requirements (Special Condition 003) and previous work experience on Kirtland Air Force Base/Sandia National Laboratories (Special Condition 006).
