Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
As of June 13, 2022, this project was awarded to Hydro Solutions, Inc. but awarded amount is not yet available. The City of Charlottesville and Meadowcreek Golf Course is in need of replacing a controller in the pump house located on the golf course that provides water for course maintenance, as well as Parks & Recreation operations. Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities.
