Arkansas State Police is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional Architect design services as defined by the TSS/Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for various projects located statewide. An On Call Architect is needed for various new construction projects, renovations, and repairs. The project may be located at any of the Arkansas State Police Headquarters or substations located throughout the state A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work. The State of Arkansas supports equal opportunity in the participation in all areas of capital improvements, therefore minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
