Water Main Relocation at SR-188 and Irvington Bayou La Batre Highway For Mobile County on Behalf of The Utilities Board of the City of Bayou La Batre Project No.: RST - M1A03-WDSU-260 Project Description: The work is limited to an amount not to exceed $175,000.00 and consisting of Alternates that will include: 1. A Minimum of 700 L.F. of 12" C-900 PVC Water Main. 2. An Alternate for a Pressure Reducing Valve Assembly, including a vault and bypass main. 3. The Relocation of Approximately 400 L.F. of 6" main, one (1) - 2" water service and three (3) - 3/4 " water service. 4. Miscellaneous Items as Needed to Complete the Relocation Work One hundred twenty (120) working days are allowed for the construction of the project. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of said contract. Liquidated damages for non-completion of the work within the time limit agreed upon will be assessed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
