This project consists of the milling and removal of the existing 6"+- thick asphalt pavement layer, moisture conditioning and re-compacting the existing aggregate base, constructing a new 6" thick asphaltic concrete layer in two 3" lifts, and applying temporary runway paint markings, followed by final runway markings after pavement cure time.
