The bid for this project generally includes reconstruction, repair and overlay street improvements for five (5) streets: Proposed work includes the following: Schedule 'A' (SE 157th Avenue) includes the following proposed work: Ø Crack Sealing: 98,742 +/- lineal feet Ø Slurry Sealing: 104,114 +/- square yard Ø Tree Trimming: 1,373 +/- trees Ø Striping: 27 +/- square feet of 12" stop bar, 1,640 +/- lineal feet of 8" white bike lane, 150 +/- lineal feet of 4" white lane line, 1,566 +/- lineal feet of 4" double yellow center line, 4 (four) bike lane symbols and arrows, 2 (two) turn arrows, Ø ADA Ramp Construction: Removal and construction of 4 (four) ramps Schedule 'B' (SE Isaac Drive) includes the following proposed work: Ø Pavement Grinding 2" Depth: 1,411+/- square yards, Ø Overlay Street to 2" Thickness: 1,411 +/- square yards (160 tons) Ø Speed Bumps: Construction of 2 (two) speed bumps, Ø Striping: 2 +/- speed bumps, 12 +/- square feet of 12" stop bar, and Ø ADA Ramp Construction: Removal and construction of 1 (one) ramp Schedule 'C' (SE Kimberly Court) includes the following proposed work: Ø Pavement Grinding 2" Depth: 2,133 +/- square yards, Ø Overlay Street to 2" Thickness: 2,133 +/- square yards (240 tons), Ø Speed Bump: Construction of 1 (one) speed bump, Ø Striping: 1 +/- speed bump, 10 +/- square feet of 12" bar, and Ø ADA Ramp Construction: Removal and construction of 5 (five) ramps, Schedule 'D' (SE 139th Avenue) includes the following proposed work: Ø Pavement Grinding 2" Depth: 1,150 +/- square yards, Ø Overlay Street to 2" Thickness: 1,150 +/- square yards (128 tons), and Ø ADA Ramp Construction: Removal and construction of 2 (two) ramps Schedule 'E' (SE 140th Place) includes the following proposed work: Ø Pavement Grinding (2"+/-): 238 +/- square yards, Ø Overlay Street to 2" Thickness: 1,058 +/- square yards (118 tons), Ø 3/4"-0 Aggregate Shoulders, 2" Thickness: 27 +/- tons, Ø Striping: 10 +/- square feet of 12" bar Construction must be completed no later than the Friday, August 26, 2022. Once construction on the project has begun, the contractor must reach substantial completion within 60 days of commencing activity. Proof of prequalification must be submitted to the City on the Date of Public Bid Opening. This public works contract is subject to State of Oregon prevailing rates of wage requirements, per ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870.
