Provide window dressing products, parts and related services on an as needed basis. Window dressing products include, but are not limited to: draperies, shades, vertical & horizontal blinds Current Prevailing wage rate: Effective January 1, 2022, plus Amendments effective April 1, 2022. Bidders may also request a copy of the Prevailing Wage Rates and rules by calling the Bureau of Labor and Industries at (971) 673-0838. All prices must be held firm for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Any price increases to be implemented by Contractor shall be submitted to the County no less than sixty (60) days prior to the proposed date of change and reflect the requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for A Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. The County reserves the right to reject any price modifications that are unacceptable to the County. Fixed term. The contract term shall be for a maximum of five (5) years. A Bid Bond will not be required for this solicitation. Performance and payment bonds will not be required for this contract.
