B. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove, handle, store, and dispose of all PCB containing and non-PCB containing ballasts, light fixtures, fluorescent bulbs as specified, as shown on the Drawings and Specifications and as directed by the Authority. Work shall be done in accordance with all applicable City, State and Federal laws and regulations and SCA protocols. C.
