Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Lynch and Sons, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The work in this Contract includes, but is not limited to: Pavement rehabilitation including mill and overlay, full depth reconstruction, and full depth widening. Installation of raised center medians and jughandle roadways. Retaining wall construction. Installation and maintenance of erosion controls Site preparation, clearing and grubbing, and building demolition Drainage system construction and modifications including installation of BMPs. Utility adjustments and relocations. Installation of two new traffic signals and traffic signal reconstructions. Relocation of an existing variable message sign, count station, and school zone flashers. Curb and berm installation. Guardrail installation and replacement. New pavement markings and signing. Loaming and seeding.
