TAB to be complete before final inspection is requested. g) Maintain safe pedestrian/staff/visitor access through the space during the entire construction process. Maintain vehicular traffic and patient drop-off/pickup. h) Provide port-a-potty for contractors. Period of Performance: 294 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the work. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. All work including materials shall be warranted for a minimum of one year, and additional years as identified in specifications. 2. Normal project working hours are Monday thru Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. On-site worktime shall be managed to minimize the effect on the medical center. Normal medical center operations from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend and night work will be required to minimize disruption of the medical center, such as pedestrian bridge work overhead and flooring. 3.
