The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced proposers for the construction of one (1) 180' x 360' artificial turf sports fields. The scope of work includes: storm drain system and connection to existing adjacent structures, fine grading, sodding and irrigation; the installation of an artificial turf system (complete). The contractor will be responsible for design, relocation and any necessary adjustments to the irrigation system to accommodate the proposed improvements as shown in the plans while maintaining safe public access to other adjacent fields. The project will benefit the public by improving the existing field 3, providing a top quality playing surface, reducing long term maintenance, reducing water use, and reducing herbicide, pesticide and fertilizer use.
