Provide one complete pumping unit, including motor and any necessary appurtenances for a fully functioning pump. Provide any necessary spool and reducer pipe fittings to properly connect the pump to the existing inlet and outlet piping. The pump inlet size shall be a minimum of 1 size smaller than the inlet piping size. The existing inlet piping size is 8 inches. The pump shall be capable of handling raw sewage on a continuous basis and be rated to run between 1350 gpm at 67 feet of head and 2100 gpm at 42 feet of head, with efficiency greater than 70%. The pump and motor shall be Pentair Fairbanks Nijhuis and meet the following specifications: 5" Pump Model B5444-T40 Standard construction with a mechanical seal 3 phase, 60 Hz, 460 volts TEFC Frame 364 VP Motor 1200 RPM Max 45 Hp Max Price shall include complete pump, complete motor, freight, warranty, installation, and start up assistance. Manufacturer Services: The manufacturer shall provide a qualified representative to instruct on the installation of the pump, inspect final installation, and provide startup services.
