The Town of Apple River is seeking bids for seasonal road maintenance beginning June 1, 2022. The bids will include provision for 12 months of seasonal road maintenance operations including asphalt road surface spot patching, gravel road grading, snow removal, ditch mowing, ROW brushing and maintenance, signage installation and maintenance, culvert installation and maintenance, shouldering, etc. Approximately 50 miles of Town roadway will be under this annually renewed contract. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted for the public contract without any basis and without disclosure for cause, to waive irregularities in any bid and to accept any bid which is most advantageous to the Town.
