The objective of this solicitation is to award a contract to one company to provide custodial services at County-owned and County-leased facilities. Award will be for the facilities listed in Section D, IV (pg. 49 through 58) There are five (5) custodial service zones to be awarded under this solicitation. The facilities for each custodial service zone are listed in Section D, IV. For each service we have provided a detailed list of the tasks to be completed and their frequency. Each bidder is to include as part of its bid the minimum quantity of hours that their staff is to report at each given facility in order to ensure that all required tasks are completed. Contractor is to include as part of its offer the number of employees to be tasked with cleaning at each facility The Contractor is free to allocate its resources in the most convenient way to ensure compliance with the scope of work requirements. The Contractor will not be allowed to claim, and the County will not recognize, additional compensation for the services quoted in the event that additional employees and/or more hours are needed to complete the scope of work specified. Each bidders offer should provide for the execution of the scope of work specified. Special conditions
