The City of Bromley is accepting competitive sealed bids for the Shelby Street Sewer Repair Project A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed to Matthew Arlinghaus, Palmer Engineering Company, telephone number (859) 344-6100. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders are cautioned that personal communication with City of Bromley regarding the bid prior to bid opening will result in rejection of the bid. Minimum wages apply to this project. The Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest bid price subject to the approval of the City of Bromley. The City of Bromley reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bid. The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the same by July 31, 2022
