Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of an educatiuonal facility. As of February 1, 2024. an architect and a construction manager have been selected. A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will construct an allied health science building on a new site in Knox County for RSCC. It will include parking, site development, landscaping, and utilities. The new building will include spaces for allied health programs for both RSCC and TCAT Knoxville, and a full simulation hospital. The health sciences portion of the building will include classrooms and laboratories for courses in Cardiovascular Technology, Dental Assisting, EMT, Phlebotomy, Respiratory Therapy, and Sterile Processing among others. The new building is anticipated to be approximately 125,000 gross square feet (approximately 82,000 assignable square feet). The site is located at 0 Sherrill Boulevard, Knoxville, TN.
