Renovation of a transportation facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Contractors awarded a contract shall be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Said performance, material and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months after the date of the Owners final acceptance of Contractors work. Should a successful bidder withdraw their bid or fail to execute a satisfactory contract, the Indianapolis Airport Authority may declare the bid deposit forfeited. The Indianapolis Airport Authority reserves the right to reject all bids. In accordance with Indiana Code Section 5-16-13-1, et seq., prequalification with the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) or the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is required of all contractors, in any contractor tier, performing work under contract to the IAA which is estimated to be One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) or greater. All bids shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the contract amount. Original copy of the bid bond will be requested from the successful bidder immediately following the bid opening.
