Project No-22018 CIN: OSC.21.005.101 - 104 Bids shall be received in accordance with the New York State Public Bidding Laws; for the Mt. Van Hoevenberg OSC Staff Office Building & Maintenance Garage Project at 220 Bobsled Run Lane, Lake Place, NY 12946. This project shall be executed under multiple prime contractors known as the Wick Law with four (4) Prime Contractors; General Trades Contract, Plumbing Contract, HVAC Contract and Electrical Contract. The project includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to renovate the Mt. Van Hoevenberg existing Bobsled Shed / First Aid Building into a Staff Office Building with First Aid Services, as well as renovation of the existing Bus Garage/ Warehouse Building into a Maintenance Garage.Substantial Completion: 11 November 2022 End of Questions: 02 May 2022 at 5:00 PM (Local Time) Addendum: 04 May 2022 Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7.9% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 13.3% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The Meeting will start in the upper level of the Bobsled Building. At the conclusion of the agenda items at the Bobsled Building, the Meeting will mobilize over to the proposed Mt. Van Hoevenberg Maintenance Garage, which is currently known as the Bus Garage / Warehouse Building. At the conclusion of the agenda items at the Bus Garage/ Warehouse Building all Plan Holders will be afforded the opportunity to continue to perform a Site Visit of both the Bobsled Building and the Bus Garage/ Warehouse Building until 1:00 PM at which time the Meeting shall come to a conclusion. Time is of the essences. Liquidated Damages shall be applied in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract. Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.
