Site work and paving for a civil project in North Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of June 24, 2022, project was awarded to Staker Parsons but awarded amount is not available The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for milling approximately 10,000 SY of existing asphalt at 3" thick, installation of approximately 1,900 tons of new asphalt, replacement of failed street sections, installation of new collars for all water valves and manholes and repainting roadway striping; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the North Salt Lake City Engineering Department. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of North Salt Lake City. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders, which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented or to waive any informality in a bid and to make award in the best interest of the City.
