The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, the city finds, offered the lowest and best proposal. the city also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the grant drive cul-de-sac, 22-10. bid documents may be obtained by emailing a completed bid documents request form to bidding@lebanonohio.gov. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with section 153.54 of the ohio revised code. to ensure that bidders are basing their bid on complete, accurate and up-to-date information, bidders shall only obtain bidding documents and prepare their bids using bid documents obtained directly from the city of lebanon.
