Renovation of an educational facility in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Collège Boréal of Applied Arts and Technology (referred to as the College hereunder) is inviting firms to submit offers for the replacement of heat pumps at the Sudbury campus specified in this request in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions stated hereunder. The College is planning the removal, disposal of 35 existing heat pumps and the installation of 35 of new units. Note: pumps # 03-1-11 and #03-1-12 requires the dry wall ceiling to be partly removed and reinstalled to change the heat pumps. All other locations have only t-bar/tile ceilings to be dropped and reinstalled. The detailed scope of Work is provided in written text and installation specifications in Appendix F - Heat Pump Replacement Project Description and Appendix G - Existing Heat Pumps Specifications.
