As of May 24, 2022, project has been awarded and construction is expected to start mid June 2022. The work under this Contract includes construction of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 6", 8", and 12" water main including service relays, and water construction staking; installation of 3,450 linear feet of 8" and 10" sanitary sewer CIPP lining, construction of 315 linear feet of 8", 10", and 18" sanitary sewer main, including sanitary sewer lateral reconnections, sanitary sewer manhole replacement, and sanitary sewer manhole reconstruction; construction of 85 linear feet of 6' x 10' precast concrete storm box culvert, construction of 1,900 linear feet of 12", 15", 48", and 72" storm sewer, installation of precast storm sewer pipe bends, construction of inlet leads, storm sewer laterals, storm sewer inlets, and storm manholes; 4,910 cubic yards of excavation, 4,210 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1,690 cubic yards of 1 1/4 " crushed aggregate base course, 980 cubic yards of breaker run, 1,360 tons of HMA pavement, reconstruction of 400 square yards of concrete pavement and 1,510 square feet of 8" colored concrete pavement, reconstruction of 130 square feet of 4" colored & stamped concrete sidewalk, 12,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction; construction staking, and sod restoration. All work along Pine Street, within the Pine Street intersection, or along Roosevelt Street between Pine Street and Main Street, shall be completed no later than August 26, 2022.
All sewer and permanent pavement work within the E. Walnut Street intersection shall be completed and open to traffic by August 31, 2022.
All other work on this project must be completed by October 14, 2022.
