This project consists of two separate construction divisons with division 2 having three alternates. Division 1 consists of construction of approximately 259.5 stations of open ditch excavation, approximately 259.5 stations of spoil bank leveling, clearing and grubbing, riprap stabilization placement, repairs to surface drain pipes and tile extension pipes, and all other miscellaneous items related thereto. Division 2, Alternate A consists of approximately 259.5 stations of Seeding, Fertilizing, And Mulching for Hydraulic Seeding (Permanent Cool Season Mixture for Slopes and Ditches). Division 2, Alternate B consists of approximately 259.5 stations of Seeding, Fertilizing, And Mulching for Hydraulic Seeding (Native Grass and Forbs (Wildflower) Seeding). Division 2, Alternate C consists of approximately 259.5 stations of Seeding, Fertilizing, and Mulching for Hydraulic Seeding (Fertilizing, Mulching and Mixed Application Only. Native Grass and Forbs Seeding). Bidders must bid on all Divisions and Alternates. The Joint Board of Supervisors, acting as joint drainage district trustees, will select any combination of Divisions and/or Alternates, which is in the best interest of the drainage district. Award of Contract will be based on the low Bid. All bidders will be required to complete each division of the "Proposal, Attachment C, Bid Items and Quantities" (including all alternate options) to be considered for award. Division 1 $385,000.00. Division 2 Alt. A $64,875.00, Division 2 Alt. B $77,850.00 and Division 2 Alt. C $25,950.00.
