Site work and paving for a civil project in Canyon, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City of Canyon wishes to improve slum and blight conditions in part of its designated Main Street area. Project activities may include: replacing dilapidated pavement and deteriorating water line(s) and/or sewer line(s) in alleyways and other eligible Downtown Revitalization (Main Street) Program activities. Proposals may be considered during the regular Commission Meeting scheduled on May 2nd, 2022 at Canyon City Hall at 4:30 P.M. Engineering selection may occur at this meeting or at a later date. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals, engineers or firms that submit qualifications, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
