Bids will be received for two prime Contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract No. 1 - Installation of approximately 4,400 LF of 8" PVC (all materials provided by the Contractor) & 3,400 LF of 16" HDPE (16" HDPE pipe provided by the Owner, remaining materials provided by Contractor) and all appurtenances. Contract No. 2 - Replacement of approximately 1,150 conventional meters with an AMR or an AMI system. This contract will have a base bid utilizing an AMR system and an alternate bid utilizing a cellular AMI system. Contractor shall provide and install all necessary equipment. The Contractor is NOT required to bid on both meter system types. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined online at Quest CDN, SW News; the office of the Beckham County RWS&SWMD No. 1, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9 AM - 4:30 PM; and at the Office of the Engineer listed above.
