Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; for paving for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes two (2) new dual-port commercial vehicle charge stations manufactured by ChargePoint including one (1) new 200 AMP electric service with associated equipment, upgrade an existing electrical service to 200 AMP service with associated equipment, wire, conduit, concrete foundations, concrete sidewalk restoration and site restoration required. CHECK MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN. If a Fed Ex or UPS Account is not available and they need to be mailed, an additional payment of $30.00 will be required and that check must be made payable to Owen, Little & Associates, Inc. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Borough of Beach Haven hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof.
