As of June 28, 2022, the bids for Contract No. 5 Food Service Equipment have been rejected. Plans for a rebid have not been established at this time. all other contracts have been awarded. THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF ERIE as indicated below. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction. Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction. Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction. Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction. Contract No. 5 Food Service Equipment. All Bidders shall comply with the Responsible Contracting with the District Policy, as included in the Contract Documents. It is the intent of the School District to hold the bid opening in person at the Administration Building, 148 West 21st Street, Erie, PA 16502 on the date and at the time indicated above. However, if the transmission of COVID-19 becomes a greater threat, the School District reserves the right to hold the bid opening virtually. The School District will notify bidders via an addendum should there be a need to have a virtual bid opening, prior to the bid opening. The total estimated project cost is $46,000,000. FINAL PROJECT CLOSEOUT COMPLETION DATE - NOVEMBER 25, 2024
