Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waverly, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and day care center.
The Waverly Community House have placed bid materials on file for the Pre-School and Post Office HVAC System Replacement project. A bid bond, certified check or cash in the amount of 10% of bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Waverly Community House, as a guarantee of bidders willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same.Bid Envelopes /Packets are to be sealed and plainly marked with Waverly Community House Bid and contain all the specifications and the 10% Bid Bond along with all other pertinent information. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by Waverly Community House. All questions should be directed to Lynn Torrick of Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. at ltorrick@gpinet.com. Requirements for a Maintenance Bond, if required, were outlined in the Invitation for Bids
