The Board Will Award the Contract Based Upon the Results of the Tabulations as Covered by Applicable Laws and Regulations. Bidders Desiring to Participate in This Solicitation Must Be Pre-qualified by the Board Prior to Submitting Their Bid in Response to This Solicitation.
