The City of Dublin (City) is requesting proposals from qualified companies (contractor) to lease a 250-gallon sewer holding tank and provide weekly service for the tank. Scope of Work Contractor to lease a 250-gallon sewer holding tank for the portable trailer located at 100 Civic Plaza, in the City Hall secured and enclosed parking area. The 250-gallon sewer holding tank will be serviced and emptied three times per week. Emergency services may be requested. Friday, April 22, 2022 Deadline to submit questions to City of Dublin Monday, April 25, 2022 Addendum posted, if required It is anticipated that the services covered by the Agreement resulting from this solicitation will be performed on a unit price basis for a specified scope of work. The term of the agreement will begin July 1, 2022 and expire on June 30, 2025. Insurance Requirements The Contractor shall provide insurance coverage as follows in conformance with the City of Dublins requirements: General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Automobile Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Workers Compensation Insurance $1,000,000 The City reserves the right to make the selection based on its sole discretion. A subcommittee selected by City Staff will evaluate proposals provided in response to this RFP.
