Site work for a road / highway in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials and services as required to replace existing Watchfire 35mm (Model BC550) Message Center as per these specifications and as necessary to provide a fully functional unit. The new display shall be retro-fit into existing concrete support structure (two photos attached). If any alterations to existing metal support structure are necessary it shall be Contractor's responsibility, subject to City pre-approval. Contractor shall connect the display to the existing electric supply. The opening in the concrete support structure is approximately 6'9" high by 13'9" wide (subject to vendor verification). Vendor is also responsible for removing & legally disposing of existing display equipment. The City reserves the following rights and options: o Determine those bidders who are most qualified. o Reject any or all submittals, for any reason, at its sole discretion. o Supplement, amend, or otherwise modify this solicitation. o Cancel this solicitation with or without submission of another solicitation. o Reserve the right to request additional information as part of this selection process. o Issue additional solicitations for information and proposals, and conduct investigations with respect to the qualifications of each respondent.
