This work includes but is not limited to; excavation and construction of a new grass-lined swale from the north trail heading south, stripping of sod and pro- cessing of topsoil by roto tilling, erosion control, embankment construction and compaction, capping sod disposal fill areas with topsoil, structure instal- lation, seeding by hand, construction of new grav- el surface ADA trail, con- struction of bicycle rack, hitching post, park bench- es, picnic tables over con- crete pads, installation of water line for domestic and irrigation use, con- struction of a gravel pull through style RV pad with water, sewer, and electri- cal hookups, installation of 4" sewer service, con- struction of gravity rock wall, saw cutting and re- moval of existing chip/seal pavement and installation of ADA concrete parking pad, construction of con- crete and paver stone pla- za for Veteran's memorials including benches, memo- rial walls, flag poles, uplights, sidewalks, rounded rail fencing and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2022 Standard Specifications. All work is to be com- pleted between June 1 and September 30. The project shall be physically completed within 85 working days.
