The City of Tarpon Springs is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide Construction Management (CM) services as needed, for Construction of Cycadia Cemetery Mausoleum Roof Repairs and Structural Repairs RFQ No. 220115-S-JL Contract begins: June 22, 2022 The City of Tarpon Springs Public Services Department Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued to obtain the professional services of a construction management firm to provide services as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of the roof repairs and other related repairs and/or renovations to the mausoleum building located at Cycadia Cemetery located at 1201 East Tarpon Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689. The mausoleum consists of two free-standing structures with a covered, attached roof structure joining the two. The project includes repairs to the roof system as described in the project plans. The project also includes replacement of cracked/damaged granite facade panels and repainting of some existing painted surfaces as shown in the plans. The Engineer of Record, Cardno Inc., has completed a 100% design but plans may be modified if needed. The City is seeking to hire a construction manager who shall serve as the single point of responsibility for performance of the construction of the project. The construction manager may publicly bid trade contracts or self-perform. Early bid packages for fast track and multi-phase development may be required to meet Project goals.
