Question Acceptance Deadline 04/29/2022 11:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No Sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of the multiple existing roofs to include: City Hall/Police Station at 21869 West Road Fire Station #1 at 23040 Hall Road Fire Station #2 at 18705 Van Horn Road The removal and replacement of the membrane roof system with a 60 mil PVC thermoplastic membrane attached with mechanical fasteners System. Perform moisture scan of existing roof materials o Removal of existing roof membrane and replacement of any wet or damaged substrate. o Installation of a minimum 2" polyiso insulation board. o Careful attention to recently installed Roof Top Units and associated wiring. o Disposal of old roofing materials. o Installation of new roof drainage sumps, required flashing and complete coping system. o Installation of 60 mil PVC thermoplastic membrane attached with mechanical fasteners or equivalent roof system to be mechanically fastened. o Spray polyurethane foam with silicone top coat is also an acceptable alternate method.
