The City of Lynnwood solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide Engineering Services for design of the College Place Elementary and College Place Middle Pedestrian Improvement Projects. The agreement will be for design of up to two bid packages and engineering support during construction of both projects and will be considered concluded after project completion, anticipated to be 2023. Consultants will be considered for the following project. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists preparing preliminary engineering, PS&E, and construction engineering support for up to two projects. Consultant services may also include but are not limited to: public outreach with school and neighborhood communities, coordination with relevant agencies, develop supporting information for environmental permit applications, traffic control, traffic studies, surveying, traffic signal engineering, geometric and utility design, design of curb ramps, bid process support, construction design support, construction management, and other related tasks. The City of Lynnwood reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these service(s). Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: qualifications of proposed project manager, qualifications of team, experience of firm on similar services, ability to meet schedule, familiarity with applicable standards, past performance and references and others listed in the full RFQ.
