The Clarke County Hospital includes Addition and Renovation of 5,368 SF of pre-op and post-op surgery space, expansion of a new kitchen and dining with conference rooms of 5,446 SF, addition of a 2 nd floor patient outdoor deck of approximately 846 SF and materials management expansion of 1,700 SF. Also included is a new 31,437 SF employee parking area and ambulance drop off. Also includes exterior addition of Vestibule and Entrance Canopy at Respiratory Clinic Build-Out and associated site work.A report of the bids, with a recommendation, will be presented to the Hospital at the May 25, 2022 Public Hearing and Board Meeting. Bid Security shall be in the amount of 5% of the bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a solvent Iowa bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States, or a bid bond in the form prescribed in the specifications, executed by a corporation authorized to contract as a surety in Iowa.A report of the bids, with a recommendation, will be presented to the Hospital at the May 25, 2022 Public Hearing and Board Meeting. Bids will be required to be submitted for a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the bid opening.
