Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project will upgrade Valley Road from Stratford Road west to Paxson Drive. This work will include removing and replacing the multi-use path on the south side of the roadway and pedestrian crossing upgrades, stormwater improvements, removal of existing asphalt, installing base rock and new 3" HMA surface. Estimated Project Cost: $2,500,000 to $2,700,00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashiers check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. Contract Working Days: 100 The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City
