Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School District ("DISTRICT") will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 22-49, Sections A-D, Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation at Various Sites - Group 2, to remove and replace asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curb and sidewalk, signs and wheelstops; and install of crack fill, seal coat, pavement striping, and all other related sitework. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 et seq of the California Labor Code, each worker of the contractor and any of its subcontractors engaged in work on the Project shall be paid not less than the prevailing wage rate. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, the DIR established a Contractor Registration Program, in which no contractor or subcontractor shall bid on, be listed in a bid, or engage in the performance of any public work contract without being registered. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "A", "C-12" or "C-32" Contractor's License.
