BIDS FOR SEAL COATING Price per mile 20 feet wide, single seal coating of hard surface Price per mile 20 feet wide, double seal coating of gravel surface roads BIDS FOR PRE-COATING Price per mile 20 feet wide, single pre-coat of hard surface Pre-coated Chips to be furnished by biding contractor Contractor to furnish PG 58-28 5% Cutback Liquid Asphalt furnished and blended at a State of Wisconsin and AASHTO certified liquid asphalt production facility, proportioned with certified scales and power ,mixer bended to specifications, heated to 350 degrees and applied. Copies of the asphalt tanker slips delivered for this contract with proper I.D. and dates are to be given to the Town Chairman within three working days. Contractor is to haul, place, and roll cover aggregate; which will be provided by the Town. Contractor must provide all machinery, labor, and other necessary incidentals to properly clean, Seal Coat, and roll Town Roads. Gravel roads must be watered and rolled before Seal Coating. Contracts must include a 1-year written warranty. Bids must include Bid Bond and proof of insurance. The Town of Rockbridge reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town. For questions, call Town Chairman Scott Banker at (608)-647-6298.
