HACLA issues this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to secure bids from qualified contractors for the construction of an approximately 117,612 square foot park at HACLA's Nickerson Gardens public housing development, located at 1590 East 114th Street, Los Angeles, California, 90059. The Nickerson Gardens Central Park ("Nickerson Central Park") project will renovate an existing central greenspace within the Nickerson Gardens site and transform it into a vibrant community serving open space (the "Work"). Specific amenities to be included in the design are new looped walking paths, new picnic areas, and new planting of trees and greene. The projected start date is within twenty (20) days of successful bidder's contract execution and issuance of the related purchase order.The deadline for project completion is March 14, 2025.
