The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to grade roads to grade the roads & prepare and reshape the road cross sections, as well as supply, haul, spread, and compact gravel in two steps/phases of 3 inches at a time. Compaction must meet MN/DOT spec 2105. Then, grade and crown the roads to 2% slope from center to edges. o Boot Spur Road: 1.50 miles of road using approximately 1,800 yards of Class V gravel o Dose Road: 0.75 miles of road using approximately 600 yards of Class V gravel Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
