Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of reconstructing 1 block of existing street on Cliffside Drive including sanitary, storm, water mains replacement. Items to bid include approximately 1000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, 725 lineal feet of storm sewer main, 950 lineal feet of water main, 10 sewer manholes complete, 9 CB type "B" complete, 2,925 square yards of bituminous pavement, 1,875 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 660 square feet of concrete flatwork. Other items necessary to complete the project. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City of La Crosse. The Notice to Contractors, the Information to Bidders, the Bid Proposal, the Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, Bid Bond and list of Subcontractors, the PerformancePayment Bond, the General Conditions, Specifications, Plans, Addenda (if any), and all ordinances of the City applicable to this contract shall be considered a part of the contract.
